At the very beginning of the social impact measurement process, the TSP team works with the management team to decide on what the purpose of the measurement is. Based on that, we define the scope of the project and the data that needs to be captured.
On ground, the TSP team works closely with the stakeholders to make sure the data is collected properly. We use interviews, focus groups and third-party data sources.
The TSP team uses the collected data to create a social impact map and find the financial value for the social impact created. The level of rigor applied to the map depends on the purpose of the whole exercise and it can be used internally, for investors and third parties or even for influencing policy.
We help you make sense of the numbers! The report is comprehensive and shows the data in a visual manner, including the qualitative data we have captured and deemed important.
